Cancellation Policy
To maintain a high-quality experience for all clients and protect reserved time, the following policies are strictly enforced:
Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes:
• Your appointment may be canceled due to me having another client right after you but communication is key and I’m understanding as long as we don’t make it a habit
Same-Day Appointments are accepted

Please arrive 5mins early to ensure the best results. Late arrivals may result in cancellation.
